    Very unprofessional considering the business they are in. Typically folks in this industry are kind and compassionate and go way above and beyond to give excellent customer service under the circumstances. Not this place, communication is vague and confusing. Each aspect of the process is "handled" by a different person leaving room for error and miscommunication. Contracts have blanks and they insist you sign it that way, refuse to give "final" quote so they have room to re-negotiate price. They have you over a barrel and you're grieving so it really is terrible how they conduct themselves.
