I don't know who makes decisions regarding burial at North Lake Cemetery. However, a person who professes to be a caretaker there (Ron Kiel) has done nothing but be verbally and emotionally abusive to my elderly sister while she attempted to obtain information and pricing regarding burying our mother.
The price gauging Ron Kiel has attempted is nothing short of bordering upon charges of elder abuse in a court of law. He has shown no kindness during our time of grief, and has instead shown non-compassion and exuded his power over a family deep in grief. He will not tell our family how to contact anyone else about proper proceedings regarding laying our dear mother to rest at last.
I give 0 stars due to the undue stress and suffering my sister has been subjected to by North Lake Cemetery's caretaker. In our opinion, he should not have ANY dealings with people, and should be removed from his position.
