West Oak Grove Cemetery

Horrible experience working with Ed. Zero people skills and extremely disorganized. In the past when you meet with a cemetery manager, they usual have an information packet with prices and can show you what plots are available. We didn’t receive any of that. We asked about a location and got the run around about it before being talked into a location we didn’t want for our loved one. It’s very clear that they want to fill the back for their cemetery before using either open side of the cemetery. My advice to anyone planning to use this cemetery as a final resting place, be prepared to deal with someone that doesn’t care that you are grieving the lose of a loved one, it all about getting the money. Another family member of ours had a very similar experience with Ed so be prepared for a bad experience while grieving the lose of a loved one.
