    Not Cooperative
    Called and spoke with "Mr. Reilly" to get pricing information for a member of ours. He said that they won't send the general price list (GPL) via fax or email and that if a family wanted it, they can come visit them, which is illegal by the the FTC's Funeral Rule.

    I told him it wasn't appropriate for me to do so on behalf of our member and that other funeral directors complied with the request to get the gpl via fax or email.

    This funeral home seems to have very antiquated business practices and lacks transparency and ability to work with consumers needs. For these reasons, I would not recommend this funeral home. There are many others in Philadelphia that will be more cooperative and share pricing information via phone, fax, or email so you can have time to digest it before stepping foot in the funeral home. Shop elsewhere!
