This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website and is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, maintenance, protection and disclosure of this information.
This Privacy Policy applies to all registered members (“Members”), companies and other third parties offering products and services related to Funerals (“Vendors”), and also those just visiting this Website (“Visitors”). We may ask for financial information from Vendors who would like to purchase a plan to list their services on our website and from consumers who purchase a Premium Membership plan. For example, only Members are able to save vendors listings, articles, and stories to their dashboard, post reviews and ratings on entities listed on the Website, and use the editable Funeral Planning Checklist, My Funeral Wishes, and Online Memorials. In addition, some functionality that enhances the user experience may only be available to Members, such as full access to funeral home general price lists, funeral cost comparisons, and other premium services.
You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Website, such as a Vendor Review, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”) such as an phone call request or vendor inquiry.
You may have the opportunity to provide contact information for other people or entities through our Website. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing Us with their personal information.

If Vendors choose to create a profile on the Website, certain information in the profile will be publicly viewable and identifiable via the screen name or the business listing.
The Funerals360 Vendor Review system represents a central repository for ratings and reviews of funeral vendors by their customers. When you submit a review or a comment on a review on the Website, your Display Name will be made available as part of the review posting. If you provide a review for a Vendor that is not yet part of our Website, or if you add a new Vendor, we will use the information that you provide about the Vendor to notify them that a review has been completed and that we are adding the Vendor to our Website. We will also seek that Vendor’s greater involvement with our Website. Your Personal Information will NOT be made available to the public as part of the Vendor Review process.
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
i. Tracking Technologies and Advertising: You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
ii. Communications from Funerals360: If you do not wish to receive certain newsletters or emails from us, you can opt-out by unsubscribing to email messages or by sending us an e-mail stating your request to privacy@funerals360.com.
iii. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

You can access and update your contact information by visiting the Dashboard - My Dashboard page when logged in on the Website. You can deactivate your Funerals360 account by contacting us at deactivate@funerals360.com. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your request.
Please note that deactivating your account only removes your user profile. As a Vendor, your entity’s information will remain on the website for use and review by Members. As a Member, if you deactivate your account, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. After you close an account, you will not be able to sign in or access any of your personal information. However, you can open a new account at any time. Please also note that we may retain certain information associated with your account in our archives, including for analytical purposes as well as for recordkeeping integrity.
We want you to feel confident about using the Website, and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. We will use commercially reasonable methods to keep Personal Information securely in our files and systems.
