On Sunday, July 5, we lost a father, son, brother, friend, and neighbor far too soon.
"Ele," as he preferred to be called, had a gift for making an impact on the lives of those he touched. With seemingly endless energy and a love for getting hands-on with projects from his professional life (in construction) to his personal life (jack of all trades around the house and garden), his impact is visible and will be dearly missed.
Ele was always up for some friendly banter around the neighborhood and willing to lend a hand (or a tomato) to those in need.
Ele was a caring father who absolutely ADORED his daughter. He was often found playing with her, teaching her to ride a bike, and watching her face light up when a new item was placed in the garden for her to find.
His younger brother Alex said it best, "Ele was always humble, never judged."
You are gone much too soon, our friend, but finally in peace.
Details on prayer services and funeral arrangements will be shared shortly.
Please feel free to share a memory or story about Ele in the Guestbook.
