Obituary

Earl Dean Reid, 81 years old, passed away at 2:35 a.m. Saturday, June 5, 2021 at his home in Hartford City, Indiana. Earl was born in Lebanon, Missouri on March 12, 1940 to Albert David Reid, and Ollie Louise Robinson. He moved to California in 1959. Graduated from Oxnard High School in 1961. He received his electrical contractors license and owned and operated Reid Electric.
Earl enjoyed ham radios, and received his amateur radio license (N6NER). He loved flying planes, so he got his pilot license. His family was his true love, keeping his children close to him and having them by him was truly a joy to him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert David Reid, and Ollie Louise Reid, and his son Russell "Rusty" Dean Reid. He is survived by his children; Anita Elkins, Randy Reid, Renee Reid, Rachelle Berg, Ravyn Reid and siblings Garry Reid, David Reid, Beverly Reichert, Barbara Baker, Wanda Hague, and Sandra Williams.
