Sebastian Parno, 78, of Trenton went home with God on Monday. Born in Trenton, he grew up in New Jersey and served in the United States Navy.
He was an avid Nascar fan that stemmed from his racing stock cars in his younger years.
He became an electrician by trade, and was a member of the Local Union. A parishioner of the local church, in his retirement he enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City with his church group and participating in Church services and events.
Most importantly he was a kind and caring person who not only took care of his immediate family, but was always available to help friends. He was a generous man who contributed to various children's charities locally and abroad.
Predeceased by his parents, he is survived by his wife of 57 years; three daughters; four grandchildren; two sisters and one brother; many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the church.
